As a Piano Teacher for more than 30 years, this is my favorite method to teach my students. I have used others, but now only use Alfred's. My students enjoy the songs and that keeps them motivated. The books are colorful and fun for all ages. For 8 year olds and older, I start them with Complete level 1. We use Lesson, Technic, Recital and Theory.
Great books for beginners. I used these as a 6 year old learning to play piano, and am now using them to instruct my nephews who are 5 years old. Highly recommend.
This is a very good book for teaching youngsters music theory. Highly recommend.
